AIM - Organisational Performance Special Interest Group
To deliver the full value of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) to citizens through e-Government, both the government and business require leaders who can manage change and delivery for the future needs of the country. The government’s focus on citizen-centric e-government service delivery provides opportunities for business and government to work collaboratively to deliver outcomes.
Attendees will gain insight into the government’s strategy for ICT innovation to deliver services to citizens, and an understanding of how they can work with government and what they need to be doing to maximise the potential of ICT.
Presenter: Ann Steward. Ann was appointed to the role of Australian Government Chief Information Officer in July, 2005. In this role Ann is also General Manager of the Australian Government Information Management Office (AGIMO), a specialist group within the Department of Finance and Administration.
